Franklin Police are seeking information on the whereabouts of Thomas Jacob Christian Burns. The 24-year-old is a person of interest in the April 25 attack of a woman on Toll House Circle. Detectives are working to determine if that attack could be connected to another incident on Downs Boulevard.

Burns was recently released from the Williamson County Jail after his March 25 arrest for Assault. Burns is homeless, and believed to have been camping in a wooded area near Toll House Circle at the time of the attack in that area.

While these incidents are being investigated and detectives work to identify the suspect, police are cautioning woman to be a bit more aware of their surroundings. Franklin Police have stepped up patrols in the areas of both incidents. Detectives are asking area residents with outside security cameras to review their DVRs for anything that might help.
