The Franklin Hot Air Balloon Festival was held in Westhaven Saturday, May 14th. Tickets sold out to this inaugural event.
The festival ended with a “glow” as balloons inflated and lit up the Franklin skyline. Stay tuned, later this week we will have video of the balloon glow.
