Jerry Lee Kreiger passed away on Dec. 11, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Saundra Jo Kreiger and son, Douglas Roy Kreiger, Jerry is survived by sons, Steven Robert Kreiger of Franklin and David Scott Kreiger of Murfreesboro; daughter, Lisa Ann (Todd) McMillon of The Woodlands, Tex., and grandchildren, Cortney, Jacob and Trey. Jerry is also survived by his brother, James Kreiger, Massillon, Ohio.
After retiring from Northern Telecom at the age of 52, he and Sonnie enjoyed traveling the world, especially on cruise ships. He was also able to volunteer more of his time to his church, starting the Stephen Ministry at Brentwood United Methodist Church. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, brother and cherished friend.
To honor his life, Bishop Joe E. Pennel will conduct a service at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 15, at Brentwood United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until time of the service. Honorary pallbearers are the Wesley Forum Sunday School Class.
