James Daniel Davis, age 84 of Franklin, TN formerly of Humboldt, TN passed away June 6, 2017. He was a veteran with the US Air Force during the Korean Conflict, retired from International Harvester in Memphis, TN with 28+ years of service and a member of Gideons International.
Survived by: wife, Alice Parker Harris Davis; sons, Jim “Jimmy” (Debra) Davis and Michael “Mike” (Carrie) Davis; grandchildren, Daniel (Betsy) Davis, Whitney (Cameron) McAulay, Paul Davis, Natalie Davis, Jared Beaird and Emily Beaird. A Celebration of Life service will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 10, 2017 at The Church at Sugar Creek, Dr. Greg McFadden officiating.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery in Nashville, TN, Jim Taylor officiating.
