Daniel G. McClain, age 89, a long-time resident of the Mt. Pleasant community. He passed away on Friday, March 3, 2017 at his home in the Mt. Joy Community.
Daniel was born on September 26, 1927 in Los Angeles, California to the late Patrick McClain and Maria Gomez McClain. Daniel was a long-time employee of Boeing working at McDonald Douglas Aircraft.
A private family graveside will be held at Arlington Cemetery.
Daniel is survived by his son: Ricky (Kim) Duberry of Mt. Pleasant; daughter: Patti McClain of California; his step-children: Carter and Todd Duberry; grandchildren: Shae and Paige Duberry, Alex, Dylan and Megan Sevila; Step grandchildren: Mary Adcock, Sam Adcock, Mitchell Jones, Megan Duberry, Corey Duberry, Daniel Duberry; he is also survived by his six great-grandchildren.
Daniel was preceded in death by his wife Juanita McClain; step daughter: Vivian Adcock; and his grandson: Eli Duberry.
