It’s Not Thunder, Spring Hill, It Is Dynamite

If you hear loud thundering booms in the afternoon through Friday, no need for concern.

Construction crews will be blasting between 2 and 4 p.m. each day during the week of March 6 through 10 at Southern Springs, the new subdivision under construction south of Saturn Parkway, in the area of Kedron Road and Southern Springs Parkway.

Brief road closure will occur in this area during blasting.

Del Webb, the developer, has plans for an “active adult” community with 600 homes on 300 acres of land.

The first phase, which consists of 201 houses, is set to open this spring.
But after success with Mt. Juliet’s Lake Providence development in Wilson County, Del Webb found land and a receptive community in Spring Hill.

Del Webb, owned by Pulte homes, builds communities for adults 55-and-over.

Del Webb’s website indicates home sizes of 1,234 to 2,565 square feet and start in the $200,000s.
