Northumberland: A Place of Peace and Fun for the Family

Residents of the Northumberland community in Brentwood love it because it is a family-friendly beautiful neighborhood with mature trees and areas to walk and play without worry.

Northumberland is close to beautiful parks and great Williamson County schools –  Kenrose Elementary, Woodland Middle School, and Ravenwood High School. Nearby Golf and country clubs, as well as public parks and recreations areas, are linked together through walking trails and cycling paths. Furthermore, it’s convenient to CoolSprings Galleria and roughly 15 minutes from Downtown Nashville, making its location, on the corner of Split Log Rd and Wilson Pike, a perfect, central location between all the major happenings in Middle Tennessee.

The community was recently built in the mid-2000s by Turnberry Homes with all of the homes located on a minimum of ½ acre lots with beautifully landscaped spaces that the adults can enjoy and children can safely play. While all of the homes are built in the English manor style with stone and/or brick exteriors, they range in size from roughly 3500 sq ft to over 7000 sq ft while prices range from the $500s to just over $1 million on average making it very competitive with other neighborhoods in the area. Each home was also built with unique features with many of them having upgrades like outdoor living spaces, gourmet kitchens with formal and casual dining rooms and family rooms, and large media rooms. They also include ample, large windows for full natural lighting as well as crown molding and accent ceilings typical of luxury manor style homes.

For a place of peace and family fun, the Northumberland Neighborhood offers a little bit for everyone.
