A Nolensville woman arrested as part of a Franklin Police Department Vice operation in January at the Ramada Inn on Hospitality Drive had her court date moved from last Thursday to Feb. 17 at 9 a.m.

Erica Gamble Danehower, 26, of 2308 Redondo Court is charged with Promoting Prostitution, Criminal Impersonation, Resisting Arrest, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and is being held in the Williamson County Jail on a $24,000 bond.

On Dec. 30 Detective Kroeger of the FPD contacted Danehower through backpage.com, a site used for prostitution and sexual activity. Then on the afternoon of Jan. 13 Kroeger and Danehower discussed sexual activity and payment in detail and agreed to meet later at a room at the Ramada Inn, according to the arrest warrant.

At about 6 p.m., when Danehower arrived and entered the room the detectives tried to arrest her but she actively prevented, obstructed and resisted using physical force.

Once restrained, the detectives found what appeared to be two crack pipes, brillo pads, syringes and bent spoons in her purse.

Danehower, who was wanted for felony failure to appear for a court date in October where she faced felony aggravated assault charges, lied repeatedly about her name, claiming to be Alex Goodwin.

However the detectives had information that this was an alias of Danehower.

Last August, Danehower was arrested for aggravated assault. Police responded to a domestic dispute call from Kevin Danehower, her husband at the time, who claimed she had slapped him three times in the face and choked him before taking their three children and driving off with them. The argument started because she wanted to leave with the kids but he did not want her to, according to the affidavit of complain.

All info in this post comes from court and police records.
