Nolensville Public Hearing for Commercial Zoning Thursday

The Town of Nolensville will hold four public hearings in a town meeting on Thursday to hear from the community regarding their thoughts about lot sizes, a new commercial development, tree lists and threshold requirements for traffic studies.

The first hearing will cover a rezoning ordinance to change the property at 7155 Nolensville Rd. from Estate Residential to Commercial Services with Commercial Corridor Overlay. The property in question sits just beyond the Nolensville sign driving south on Nolensville Rd.

The second hearing will discuss a zoning ordinance text amendment to Article 2.2.10 pertaining to density of development and lot size in residential P.U.D.s

The third hearing will discuss a zoning ordinance text amendment to Article 3.4.2 pertaining to threshold requirements for traffic studies

The fourth hearing will discuss a zoning ordinance text amendment to Appendix B, Article 1.7.0 pertaining to the recommended tree list.

The Nolensville public hearing will take place Thursday, April 2 at the Nolensville Town Hall, 7218 Nolensville Rd., at 7 p.m.
