New Senior Yoga Classes at Spring Hill Rec Center

The Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department (WCPR) is pleased to announce the addition of Senior Yoga classes at the Longview Recreation Center at Spring Hill, 2909 Commonwealth Dr. Geared toward older adults, this class focuses on balance, strength and flexibility. By improving activity levels in older adults, yoga can improve overall well-being, both mental and physical.

Senior Yoga meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Longview Recreation Center. These drop-in classes are included in the WCPR monthly senior fitness passes, and are free to SilverSneakers® members. Single class admission is also available for $3.00. Beginners are welcome!
