New Gymnastics Building Starting Construction in Spring Hill

A gymnastics school in Spring Hill started construction last week on a brand new facility.

Shining Light Gymnastics, Inc., owned by Curtis Borntrager, is currently located at 4922 Port Royal Road, but by next year will be moving into its new home.

The new, 15,741 sq. ft. facility will be located at 4008 Parkfield Loop N in the Parkway Business Center.

It will feature more parking space, parent lounge space, retail, gymnastics equipment, tumbling equipment, a ninja warrior equipment space and more.

The faith-based academy offers classes for both boys and girls, for ages 2 and a half to 14.

“At Shining Light, we seek to provide the kind of fun, exciting, and challenging physical activities that are critical for helping kids develop coordination, agility, strength, and flexibility, Borntrager said. “At the same time, we believe that helping students accomplish their physical goals is only part of our mission.”

To contact them for classes call 931-486-0410.
