Although Saffire is closing at the end of the year, diners can look forward to a new taco joint opening in its place in The Factory.

The group behind bringing tacos to The Factory is no stranger to the facility as they currently have opened the mainstay of eateries which reside at The Factory  – Honest Coffee Roasters, Franklin Juice, and Five Daughters Bakery.

Nashville Eater reports the name for the Mexican restaurant will be Mojo’s Taco, named after the main investor Bill Butler’s pet bull.

Renovations are to be completed by Powell Architecture and Building Studio with Katie Vance who will oversee interior design aspect, a spring opening is projected. Although no details have been released regarding the menu, a Mojo’s Tacos Food truck will open later in November ahead of the restaurant opening, adds Eater.

On the Mojo’s Tacos Facebook page, it says, “Excited to have this baby delivered this weekend! Breakfast Tacos Coming Soon!”
