“There are over 1,100 households in McKay’s Mill,” says area realtor Chip Kerr of Crye-Leike, Realtors. McKay’s Mills offers one level condominiums, attached villa units and single-family residences.
“The different variety of housing opportunities attracts almost every segment of the buying population,” says Kerr. “I think that is one of the distinctive differences for McKay’s Mill when comparing it to other neighborhoods in the area.”
Kerr says the average size for a condominium is 1,352 sq. ft., with a median price of $216,000.
