Nashville Fashion Week will take place next week: April 1st – 5th, featuring local, regional and national designers and talent. Each day, a new event will take place in venues throughout the city.
In its fourth year, Nashville Fashion Week does not fail in bringing fashion to the Music City in a fresh new way. Last year, the crowd of 2,000 ticket holders experienced an outdoor fashion show in Rolling Mill Hills, a luncheon show at the Belmont Mansion, and closing night at Anthem.
Nashville Fashion Week has announced eight ‘City Showcase’ designers to present their collections in runway shows on the week’s opening night—Tuesday, April 1 at The Rosewall at 7pm. The designers hail from cities across the United States, some of which are presented in partnership with regional fashion weeks, and include Elizabeth Suzann from Nashville, Tenn.; Poni Silver of Black by Maria Silver from Nashville, Tenn.; Lagi Nadeau from Chicago, Ill. representing the Chicago Fashion Incubator Program; Laura Kathleen from St. Louis, Mo. presented in partnership with St. Louis Fashion Week; Shea Steele from New York, N.Y.; Truly Alvarenga of Pink Elephants Designs from Hanover, N.H.; Brooke Atwood from Savannah, Ga. presented in partnership with Savannah Fashion Week; and Abi Ferrin from Dallas, Texas.
