The Friday night rains didn’t stop the community from coming out to the latest restaurant opening at The Factory in Franklin – Music City Seafood.

It was a packed house and Chef Tom Neville couldn’t have been happier, “We are excited to be a part of the Franklin community.”

As the music played, a large table filled with fresh oysters and cocktail shrimp kept guests coming back for more. Other items that were sampled throughout the evening included BriarScratch Brewing’s Lemon Thyme beer, fish and chips along with Bear Creek Farm beef burgers.

Music City Seafood will be a 50-seat venue and will serve lunch Tuesday to Saturday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dinner is served Thursday to Saturday, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. The restaurant will feature live music on Friday nights. The restaurant currently has a beer license, but it is “bring your own bottle” with no corkage fees for other alcoholic beverages. For reservations or more information, please call 615-599-4923.
