Miranda Lambert Receives Star on the Walk of Fame

Miranda Lambert

Miranda Lambert was honored yesterday as star #70 on the Walk of Fame in Nashville.  Lambert dressed in a black jumpsuit, perhaps in honor in of the man in black, Johnny Cash, who also received a star on the Walk of Fame as well. Lambert was also wearing her large black sunglasses which she only removed briefly during the entire ceremony.

As she spoke to the crowd after receiving her star, Lambert says she recently has made Nashville home, saying “I feel like a bigger part of Nashville now than I ever have… and I have never felt more at home.” And who gave Miranda her star? Fellow tour mate and friend-Dierks Bentley. Watch the video where Miranda receives her star.
