Mars Petcare Workers Pitch in for Care Package Project

Mars is scaring up nearly 1,000 Mars Petcare Associates in Middle Tennessee this week to create care packages for veterans and first responders.

This Halloween season, Mars is turning the spooky holiday into a giving one by honoring military and first responder families, and their pets, with a $750,000 in-kind donation to Operation Gratitude, an organization that annually sends 200,000+ care packages to Veterans, First Responders, New Recruits, Wounded Heroes, their Care Givers, and to individually named U.S. service members deployed overseas and their families waiting at home.

To join in ship your treats to Operation Gratitude at 21100 Lassen Street, Chatsworth, CA 91311.

“Together we’ll help fill up military care packages for people and pets alike,” Jam Stewart, Director of Corporate Communications at Mars Petcare, said.
