Local Restaurant Expands Concept For Growing Town

Grecian Pizzeria

As Spring Hill and Thompson Station continue to grow, one local business has continued to expand. Grecian Pizzeria has been opened for just 2 1/2 years and has continued to evolve from a sit down pizza place to a full blown family style restaurant. “When we first opened we had a two page menu consisting of pizzas, sandwiches and a few pastas and specialties, says Jimmy Adamopoulos son of the owner.” Over the course of the 2 years we’ve updated the menus adding new items along the way to accommodate all our customers.”

The biggest update took place in January when the restaurant added a full service Soup & Salad Bar and released their new menu consisting of over 50 items, all nearly made from scratch. “Its been really exciting to see us grow to a full blown family restaurant. While pizza is still our top seller, our menu variety will range from homemade soup, a Salad bar, pitas, sandwiches, hand patted burgers to Italian pastas, Greek specialties and even traditional classics like hand breaded chicken tenders. Our goal at this point to be a local family restaurant with a big variety for everyone.”

Grecian Pizzeria, located at 2003 Wall Street, will launch their new menu in mid January. For more information call 615-302-4808
