Marianne DeMeyers, owner of Tin Cottage in downtown Franklin and the Board President for the Downtown Franklin Association, will appear with her husband, Greg on the HGTV show “House Hunters Renovation.” The DeMeyers episode airs Saturday, June 24 at 9p and again on Sunday, June 25 at midnight.

“With their two sons about to head off to college, a Franklin, Tennessee, couple downsizes to a house that needs major renovations throughout. They hire a designer and contractor to get the work done as quickly as possible, but even the experts couldn’t predict the various problems they discover hidden in the home’s floors, walls, and ceilings. It’s a stressful renovation full of highs and lows, but in the end, it’s transformed into a beautiful house that they are ecstatic to move into.”
The Tin Cottage Facebook shares they will be launching a new website with a blog detailing their journey.
“The first blog post is more of a teaser, and in the weeks following, we will be going through our renovation journey, room by room, and including products from Tin Cottage and other Franklin area businesses. Our hope is that it promotes the historic beauty of Franklin, and is another economic driver for our local businesses,” said Marianne.
