Live in the Moment

One way to get the most out of life is to live in the moment. Moments are fast, and so are seasons, so soak it all in. Take time to use all of your senses in a situation. Ask yourself what things smell like, feel like, look like, and how they make you feel. Take time to take mental notes and create memories.

I think this is especially important when we experience successes and also failures. We can learn and grow from these, even when they are difficult. They help us build character, patience, endurance and often time freedom. We can be free of hurts and disappointments. Learn life lessons on how to move on and improve the way you deal with different situations.

Growing involves stretching, which sometimes can be painful. However, stretching helps you to be “flexible.” When we are flexible in the moment we are in, we can deal better when life throws a curve ball.

Take it all in and live free in the moment.
