At the Main Library

Toddler Time

Head to the library to read, sing, dance, learn  and have fun! This is a great opportunity for little ones to interact with other children and learn how to be part of a group. For ages 18 months to 3 years.

Introduction to Microsoft
Wed, Aug 27th
5:30p-7:30p
Do you have a public speaking engagement or presentation?  Learn how you can use PowerPoint to enhance it.  This class will show participants the basics in creating a PowerPoint slide show, from changing the slide background and colors to adding clip art and sounds.  *Prerequisites: “Introduction to the Computer” or equivalent skills; experience with Microsoft Word is preferred.

Lego Mindstorms at the Library
Thurs, Aug 28th
4:30pm
Head over to the Main Library after school from 4:30-6:30pm in our 2nd floor Teen Room and learn how to build, program, and command a Lego Mindstorm robot(there will be snacks)!

Preschool Storytime
Tuesdays at 10:30am

Perfect for 3-5 year olds. This program is free and activities include songs, nursery rhymes and crafts.

Fall Weekly Children’s Story Times
Weekly story times are beginning again Aug 19 & 20th. Toddler storytimes will be 10:30am Tuesdays and Preschool storytimes will be 10:30am Wednesdays
