Opening just a year ago, Honest Coffee Roasters is a full service coffee shop in The Factory in Franklin.
In the following weeks, Honest Coffee Roasters will offer two classes: one on home roasting and the other on home brewing. In the home roasting class you will learn how to use a popcorn popper to roast coffee. Each student will receive a popper including all of the accessories to begin your own roasting at home. Cost for the class is $100.
In the home brewing class, students will learn how to use their own tools as well as take their home brewing of coffee to the next level by increasing the flavor of your at home brewed coffee. Cost for the class is $30 or you can combine both classes for a cost of $120.

Inside the shop at Honest Coffee Roasters, you will find a German Probat P12 coffee roaster, made by the oldest operating coffee roaster manufacturing company in the world. So, when you visit for a fresh brewed cup of coffee, it literally was roasted right in the coffee shop. You can also have fresh roasted coffee shipped to your home. Honest Coffee Roasters offers five different flavors of Burundi Gitwe Hill, Guatemala Las Marias, Brazil Hartwig Espirito Santo, Flores Nusa Tenggara Timur, and Dual Axes Blend.
