Two Touchdown First Quarter Gets Indy Going

The Eagles wasted no time. In the first quarter Swayze, starting his fourth straight game for injured Andrew Bunch, ran in two touchdowns.

Indy took its opening possession 60 yards for a score. Swayze, who passed 19 for 28 for 196 yards, 1 TD and 1 INT, scored on 4 yard run to cap the drive. Following a Stewart Creek Fumble he ran in another, from 31 yards out.

In the third the Eagles took advantage of one of the Red Hawks 4 lost fumbles, when MTSU recruit Kylan Stibling returned a recovered fumble for the last Indy score of the night.
