Ice Bruins Start Nationals

The 2015 Toyota-USA Hockey National Championships begin today with GNASH champion Brentwood High representing Tennessee.

Placed in Pool C, the Ice Bruins are grouped with Christian Brothers College HS (MO), Desert Vista Thunder (AZ), and East Lake Hockey (FL).

Their first game is 4 p.m. today against Christian Brothers. March 20 they face Desert Vista at 7:30 p.m. and March 21 at 11 a.m. they take on East Lake. All games will be played at Hardee’s Iceplex NCAA Rink in St. Louis.

The Ice Bruins have dominated through each section of the 2014-15 GNASH season, combining all three portions to a record of 20-3-0-1 – meaning 20 wins, 3 losses, 0 ties, and 1 shootout loss.

Brentwood won the Predators Cup March 6 with a 4-1 win over Montgomery Bell Academy.
