Hampton Inn & Suites
This one is coming to Berry Farms. So, not exactly Cool Springs but not much more than a 10 minute drive down I-65. Construction started in the fall on a 124-room Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel. The project should help provide rooms for shoppers and tourists at the nearby 25-acre district known as The Offices at Town Center, and other shops coming to Berry Farms.The same developer that is responsible for the Meridian Hilton, Chartwell Hospitality, is also developing this one.
