In March, developers announced two new, neighboring residential developments in north Williamson County.

Brooksbank Estates

Brooksbank Estates is located on Sam Donald Road near Split Log Road. A total of 58 home sites, each a third of an acre. The all-brick homes will range from 2,600 to 5,000 square feet and will start in the low $500s. A limited number of basement lots will be available in the neighborhood as an upgrade feature, and all homes will offer large baths and open floor plans from The Jones Company’s stately Manor Collection, currently featured at Falls Grove in The Jones Company’s College Grove community. The neighborhood is conveniently located between Nolensville and Brentwood, while still offering a secluded, private feel.

The Woods at Burberry Glen

The Woods at Burberry Glen community is located east of Brooksbank Estates on Fly Road in Nolensville. Homes in the community are expected to start in the mid $400s to low $500s, ranging from 2,200 to 3,600 square feet. The homes are from The Jones Company’s new Carriage Series, which was introduced in 2016 and is currently offered in Summerlyn. The neighborhood is expected to have planned community amenities, including a playground, walking trails and sidewalks.

Both subdivisions will be zoned for Williamson County school system. Land development for Brooksbank Estates began in 2016, and pre-sales are anticipated to begin in May or June. Land development for The Woods at Burberry Glen has already begun, and pre-sales are anticipated to begin in late spring or early summer.
