3. Ladd Park
Ladd Park is located just east of Interstate 65 off Peytonsville Road.
The 450-home development began building in 2007, but is still building because it has such a desirable location, near Franklin and I-65 and Cool Springs via Carothers Parkway. There are several years and space left to build out.
Homes generally range between 1,800 to 5,000 square feet and there are several mini-neighborhoods.
New Construction
There are several new construction builders currently constructing homes in Ladd Park; the builders include Ford Homes, Goodall Homes, Hillside Homes, Signature Homes and The Jones Company.
