A new phase of construction is underway at Westhaven. On Oct 28th, ground was broken for the addition of a hardware store and several restaurants in Westhaven’s Town Center.
The Town Center is a collection of stores, shops, small businesses, residences and restaurants on an 11-acre lake. The Town Center makes shopping, running errands, etc.. extremely easy and convenient for Westhaven residents.
The new restaurants included in this new phase of construction is Neighbors and The Perch.
In addition to new eateries,upscale apartments are also on the agenda for the ‘Town Center Expansion,’ which will be located above the restaurants.
Neighbors, owned by Jody Myers and former Tennessee Titans players Donnie Nickey and Zach Piller, opened in Sylvan Park in Nashville in 2011 to much success. Neighbors strives to be the place everyone wants to hang out, ala “Cheers.” The Perch offers delicious crepes and has additional locations in Brentwood and Green Hills.
Work is expected to be completed by spring.
