Hardships continue for FRA

The tough season continued for the Franklin Road Academy Panthers Friday.

After getting their first win of the season last week 34-7 against Ezell-Harding, the Panthers (1-6) were beaten soundly Friday by the Lipscomb Academy Mustangs (4-2) 42-10.

With just two games sandwiching a bye week left in the regular season, FRA is hoping to salvage something out of what has been a very hard 2016 campaign. The good news is both of the Panthers’ remaining games are at home to Davidson Academy (4-3) next week and BGA (5-3) to finish the season on Oct. 28.
