GraceWorks is thrilled at the turnout for the Golf Fore GraceWorks event that raised more than $40,000 for the programs and ministries they offer. Forty seven golfers merged their passions to make this event successful.
September is Hunger Action Month and the GraceWorks pantry needs the following items: 8 oz. shelf stable box milk, canned vegetables, fruit, and ham, beef stew, peanut butter, rice, glass cleaner, furniture polish and Kleenex.

A few spots remain for the 2012 Golf Challenge August 28th at Nashville Golf and Athletic Club. Golf Fore GraceWorks is asking players to raise money and spread the word about GraceWorks Ministries. Captains are encouraged to develop teams by recruiting members.
Each four-player team is asked to raise $5,000, with a minimum of $500 per player to golf in the challenge. Anyone is welcome to raise money for the event without participating. Sponsorships are as low as $250 for area businesses.
