Franklin IHOP Manager Robbed at Gunpoint

IHOP manager robbed at gunpoint

Franklin Police are seeking information on two suspects who robbed an IHOP manager at gunpoint in the parking lot, late yesterday afternoon.

Monday at 4:15pm, officers were summoned to the International House of Pancakes, at 1203 Murfreesboro Road, where the manager reported being robbed by two men while walking to his vehicle. As the manager approached his own car, two black male suspects exited a small dark-colored, 2-door sedan that was parked nearby. Both suspects physically assaulted the victim while stealing the restaurant’s deposit and the victim’s personal belongings. During the robbery, one of the suspects jammed a handgun into the victim’s side. The victim was not seriously hurt.

Franklin Police Detectives solicited help from a TBI sketch artist, who provided these composite drawings of the suspects. Information in this case is worth up to $1,000 with an anonymous call to Crime Stoppers (615) 794-4000.
