A former star wrestler at Battle Ground Academy is in the center of a Penn State hazing death and its legal aftermath.

Jonah Neuman, a 2015 BGA graduate, and 18 of his fraternity brothers at Beta Theta Pi at Penn State face a slew of charges in the hazing death of Timothy Piazza on February 2nd, an AP report sates.

Neuman, 19, himself is charged with involuntary manslaughter, aggravated assault, 14 counts of recklessly endangering another person and 14 counts of hazing.

A Centre County, Pa., grand jury indictment charges that Neuman prevented others from calling for emergency help for Piazza, who had a blood alcohol level as high as 0.36, saying everything was under control. According to the indictment, Piazza was seen hitting his head and falling down stairs later trying to walk. Neuman is also alleged to have put a backpack on Piazza’s back to prevent him from rolling over in his sleep and vomiting into his mouth.
