Crepes, Records, & A Coffee Bean Bag Chair
The Coffee House at Second & Bridge
You gotta be bold to go with the simple name “The Coffee House”, and their layout is as bold as their brewed coffee. This spot has several different rooms with unique twists. Wander into the room with children’s books and a coffee bean bag chair or hit up the music room to browse the record collection. The only thing that might outshine the environment are the crepes - grab the hot chicken and cheese! This place is best for enjoying some long conversation or going to hang out with a friend who needs to study - while they work, you’ll definitely be able to stay occupied! Franklin has been voted one of America’s most picturesque towns by publications all over the country. About 20-30 minutes outside of central Nashville, Franklin feels like a countryside that’s only a stone’s throw away from the big city; sprawling hills, cows a-grazin’, and star-gazin’ (the celestial kind and the country kind - pretty much every country star known to man has an estate in the area). The downtown strip boasts award-winning restaurants, live music, historic theaters, and Civil War museums. Franklin was the site of several important Civil War battles, so bring your history buffs here and knock their nerdy little socks off (we’re history nerds ourselves).
