DeAngelis Diamond has been chosen as the general contractor for a 96,000 sq.ft. addition at Acadia’s TrustPoint Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN. This project will consist of a two-story, 116-bed acute care behavioral health addition to the existing TrustPoint Hospital. This addition will also require a 2,300 sq.ft. one-story interior renovation that will serve as the connector to the main hospital and a new expansion of the existing building to add seven patient beds, making this a 123-bed project, overall.

Construction is set to begin in August and will be completed in 2019. Jason Sain, Vice President/Principal in DeAngelis Diamond’s Nashville office location states, “We are thrilled and honored to be working with Acadia and The Noli White Group again on such a significant project for their organization and the local Murfreesboro community. Acadia’s forward-thinking culture and deep commitment to their patients and community has been embedded into the planning of this facility. We intend to apply the very same philosophies throughout construction.”

DeAngelis Diamond was selected to provide both preconstruction and construction services on behalf of Innovations Group for the renovation of the Cool Springs Plastic Surgery Center located in Brentwood, TN. This project entails the renovation of an existing three-story MOB with a day spa and will include the demolition of a therapy pool on the second floor, two new ORs, as well as modifications to the existing elevator, all with high-end interior finishes. Construction is set to begin in the fourth quarter of this year.
