Cross Corner Bar & Grill in the Brentwood Place Shopping Center closed for renovations in June 2016. As residents have been waiting for the restaurant to reopen, we’ve learned Cross Corner will become Ludlow & Prime.
Tim Kohler, former CEO of a local restaurant chain, will own and redevelop the eatery. Kohler, whose previous experience has been with high-end steak houses, tells us the customer can expect an approachable steak and seafood-driven menu. 
“As far as the sports bars aspect, we will have televisions and a lounge area, and we will also have the amenities for the sports enthusiast, but it will not be a 100% sports bar, but you expect it to be something different for this market,” Kohler said.
