Connor Concepts, Inc., one of East Tennessee’s largest restaurant groups, will open a 7,500 square foot location of its award-winning Connors Steak & Seafood at CoolSprings Galleria winter 2015.
Connors Steak & Seafood combines a premium menu and bar with an inviting atmosphere and guest obsessed service. Guests enjoy the best steaks and seafood, along with chef prepared pastas, gourmet salads and tantalizing desserts, as well as a carefully thought out wine menu featuring top wines from around the world.
“We are delighted to provide Cool Springs Galleria shoppers a new and special place to gather and enjoy a unique atmosphere, great food and fun cocktails as they relax from shopping at our many great stores,” said David Meadows, General Manager of Cool Springs Galleria. ” We think that this addition will perfectly complement the over alll experience that the mall provides.”
The project, set to be completed by winter of 2015, just in time for the busy Christmas shopping season, and will be a part of the mall’s redevelopment. The restaurant will be built on the south west side of the center.
Connors Steak & Seafood will seat 350 guest and offer private dining rooms. Happy Hour offers will feature specials on wine and martinis weekdays from 4-6:30 p.m. Hours of operation are from 11:00 am to 12 midnight Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 am to 1:00 am Friday and Saturday.
