Columbia State to Host Youth Robotics Camp at New Campus

Columbia State’s Williamson Campus will host a youth robotics camp July 12-14 for middle and high school students ages 11-14. The camp will be in session Tuesday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.columbia state robotics

The goal of the camp is to increase students’ understanding and encourage excitement for science, technology, engineering and math. Robotics will be used to promote the various aspects of STEM with an emphasis on technology. The cost to attend is $50.

The camp will focus on learning the concepts of programming, engineering practices and teamwork. Students will work with, build and program physical robots.
