Columbia State Presents “Seussical”

The Columbia State Community College commercial entertainment program will present its annual spring musical,”Seussical,” April 10 – 11 at the Williamson Campus.

“Seussical” is a fantastical, magical, musical extravaganza. Tony award winners Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty have lovingly brought to life all of our favorite Dr. Seuss characters including Horton the Elephant, The Cat in the Hat, and Jojo, a little boy with a big imagination. The colorful characters transport us from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus to the invisible world of the Whos.

“Seussical” is fun for all ages,” said Cathy Hudnall, director and assistant professor of the commercial entertainment program. “Dr. Seuss is such a beloved classic, kids and parents alike are sure to enjoy the show.”
