After more than a year’s work, Price’s Collision Center on Mallory Lane celebrated its grand opening on Tuesday for the more than 40,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art facility.

To meet Williamson County’s growing and affluent population, Price’s Collision Center saw the need to upgrade their existing building and add to their equally growing business.

“This new facility is truly built to service the customer base in this area,” Owner Bobby Price, Jr. said. “It’s a different level of customer service with the demographics here, and the kind of vehicles that are driven. We needed additional work space to support this area.”

The grand opening featured classic cars, race cars, tours of the facility, Titan’s cheerleaders, hot dogs and burgers, a ribbon cutting and an appearance by radio host Phil Valentine. Brentwood Mayor Regina Smithson was also in attendance, and several members of Williamson, Inc. were there as well.

Price’s focus is on walking customers through the collision repair process step-by-step, offering years of knowledge to drivers about insurance claims and vehicle repair. They offer a lifetime guarantee on all repairs.

“We will handle the claim from start to finish,” Price said. “We are always customer-driven, also. We don’t do shortcut repairs, we don’t use junk parts and we don’t use anything but the highest quality.”

Having been in business for more than 50 years, Price’s Collision Center serves customers in Brentwood, Franklin, Murfreesboro, Madison, Mt. Juliet, Hickory Hollow, Clarksville and Bowling Green. What started as a family business has grown exponentially, with Price taking over at age 27.

Price’s services range from collision damage repair to full service automotive refinish needs. From being in a major collision to something as simple as a dent in the door, Price’s offers things like collision-related mechanical repair, automotive refinishing, full service auto body repair, wheel alignment, frame repair and alignment, storm and hail damage repair, glass repair, post repair cleaning, towing, on-site rental cars, paintless dent repair and much more.

Price said that they will also never substitute original quality parts while repairing your vehicle to benefit an insurer. Their goal is to restore a vehicle to its pre-crash condition while recovering its original value.

“The average consumer doesn’t understand a lot of the codes and terms that can show up on an estimate,” Price said. “Often, an insurer will put that information there knowing that the consumer doesn’t know what it is, and this leads to consumers being ripped off all the time without even knowing it. It’s called bad faith claims practicing, and it’s difficult to track. We work to make sure that doesn’t happen to our customers.”

Price’s also has strong partnerships and certifications with auto dealers, including Infiniti, Nissan, Volkswagen and Bentley Motors.

“We use parts straight from the dealers,” Price said. “Quality and safety are our highest priorities, and we want to make sure customers know where they can go for a start-to-finish, complete experience.”

The new building at 1682 Mallory Lane in Cool Springs is open for business. Their hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Saturdays for estimates only from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. They are closed on Sundays.
