Historic Franklin Antique Shop Transforms Retail Store into Event Venue

The City Farmhouse retail store at the Factory at Franklin will be closing on February 11. The store is experiencing a metamorphosis. In mid-March, the historic space will be alive with a new look, and a new purpose.

Kim Leggett of City Farmhouse announced that the City Farmhouse retail store will become an event venue space. The venue design will combine the nostalgia of an early 20th-century hotel lobby with the charm of the City Farmhouse Style. It will accommodate up to 50 guests

To celebrate the love of learning and growing both professionally and personally, City Farmhouse plans to host workshops aimed at teaching and inspiring success in a conversational “come sit at our table” atmosphere. The Learn & Grow Workshops will feature experts in all genres – from interior design – to painting – to floral design – social media – photography – cooking/canning – personal growth – starting a business and more.

We stopped by to get a sneak peek of the transformation, watch our video below.

The new City Farmhouse Event Venue space would be the perfect spot for parties,  luncheons, small weddings, bridal luncheons, meetings and more.

To learn more about the venue space or to inquire about the workshops, contact City Farmhouse owner, Kim Leggett.

City Farmhouse will continue to host pop-up shows in the summer and fall.
