Celebrate Fat Tuesday at Puckett’s Boathouse

Puckett’s Boat House is reaching back to its Louisiana-inspired roots by hosting an all-day Mardi Gras Masquerade party on February 9, giving patrons the opportunity to celebrate Fat Tuesday and the festival season.

In addition to offering their usual seafood-filled menu, the restaurant will bPuckett's Boathousee serving Big Easy favorites including red beans ‘n’ rice, hot crawfish dip, catfish and king cake. Diners can also expect a lively atmosphere that’s reminiscent of the annual New Orleans festival, complete with a masquerade photo area with traditional Mardi Gras beads, masks and props. As an added bonus to the fun, participants who tag @puckettsboath in their party photos will automatically be entered into a drawing to win dinner for two at Puckett’s Boat House.

The day-long event will continue with live music at 7 p.m. when local band Jumbo Shrimp takes the stage to perform an energetic and eclectic mix of genres that guests are encouraged to dance along with. There is no cover charge for the show, however tips for the artists are appreciated.
