The Brentwood home is listed at $1.45 million with over 7,000 square feet sitting on .52 acres listed by Premiere Nashville. Featured on Zillow, the home has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and 2 half-baths. According to Zillow, the home last sold in 2007 for $1.35.
Other amenities include a four-car garage, finished basement, wet bar, tennis court, and fitness room with heated marble floors. Construction on the home took place in 2000, the style is described as an Italian-villa style with views of rolling hills, pond and sits on the #1 tee box in the golf course community.
From the photographs, it appears as the couple has moved out of the home with the empty closets and mostly bare walls.
Fisher did post a photo on Instagram last year showing a moving truck but we don’t know where the new home is located.
