Brentwood Crime Report: March 2 – March 9

Last week from March 2, through March 9, there were 3 crimes reported to Brentwood police. There were 2 reports of general theft and 1 of motor vehicle theft.

General Theft

3/3 at 2:51- shoplifting from Kroger at 210 Franklin Rd.

Suspects: A black male between 30 and 40 years old, wearing jeans and a red shirt and a white male in his 40s wearing jeans and a grey t-shirt; driving blue Ford sedan driven by white female.

3/8 between 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.- wallet with contents taken from purse in unlocked office at 5101 Maryland Way

Suspects: None

Motor Vehicle Theft

3/6 at 2 p.m.- A 2010 BMW 353 was recovered from Atlanta, GA, after being notified of its location by Metro PD. A secondary victim purchased the vehicle off of Craigslist, and brought the vehicle to BPD when contacted.

Suspects: None.

2/27 at 1 a.m.–  at 6889 Walnut Hills Dr. A laptop computer and text books were stolen from a car. There was no forced entry.

Suspects: Identified and property returned. No charges filed.
