Franklin Tomorrow invites local residents to enjoy free breakfast and learn the results of a Housing Analysis Study conducted for the City of Franklin at “Breakfast With the Mayors” next Tuesday, April 29.
BBC Research & Consulting of Denver, Colo. conducted the study, which was commissioned by The Board of Mayor and Aldermen. The study analyzed Franklin’s population, employment growth and demographics to focus on housing demand over the next five to 15 years. It provides a measured assessment of current and projected housing demand in the city of Franklin. The goal of the study is to give the community a better understanding of housing priorities, issues and strategies.
The event begins at 7 a.m. at Rolling Hills Community Church, 1810 Columbia Ave. Breakfast is provided by Puckett’s Gro. & Restaurant and Royal Cup Coffee.
Breakfast With the Mayors is a quarterly event and will next take place July 29 and Oct. 28 of this year.
