Nashville International Airport (BNA) welcomes Alaska Airlines to Nashville. The airline will begin daily nonstop service to Seattle starting Sept. 23, 2015.

This announcement follows a string of recently announced new nonstop destinations for the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA), with support from the Nashville Air Service Coalition, by strategically targeting key destinations important to the Nashville business community and visitors, including Seattle. Other recent announcements include Oakland/San Francisco Bay Area, Dallas Love Field, Atlantic City and Miami with connections to Cuba and Aruba.
MNAA formed the Nashville Air Service Coalition in early 2014, which is comprised of prominent Nashville and Middle Tennessee leaders who represent the area’s diverse industries including technology, music, automotive, education and healthcare, as well as local, state and federal government, economic development offices, chambers of commerce and hospitality and tourism organizations.
