Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert are calling it quits after four years of marriage.  The couple married in Texas back in 2011.  News of their divorce was confirmed by a representative of the couple to the Associated Press.  “This is not the future we envisioned,” the former couple said in the statement.
“And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately. We are real people, with real lives, with real families, friends and colleagues. Therefore, we kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter.”
TMZ reports that the couple filed for divorce some time ago stating that Blake Shelton is the one who filed for divorce. A judge is expected to officially end their marriage  today.
As far as division of property, TMZ stated that Blake will keep the ranch in Oklahoma while Miranda will keep the home in Nashville.
