RCG, a single-source telecom solutions provider based in Franklin, Tenn., has been named a 2015 bronze level Solution Provider Champion by AT&T’s Business Alliance Channel Program. This is the third time and second consecutive year RCG has received this award.
The AT&T Business Alliance Channel Program annually recognizes its highest-performing solution providers who meet specific revenue goals, maintain training competencies and demonstrate a sophisticated expertise in providing customers with high-quality solutions and services.
Solution providers, such as RCG, combine their own telecommunications expertise, value-added services and customer account management with AT&T’s product portfolios, network, customer care services and billing.
RCG’s “Champion” designation recognizes its superior value-added management, customer care, billing practices and technical expertise.
