A new discount retailer will open in Cool Springs in the building formerly occupied by HH Gregg.
Gabe’s, a private discounted fashion retailer that sells designer brands for women, men and kids, home décor, beauty, activewear, footwear and more will open on Saturday, April 28th at 1735 Galleria Blvd. Unlike other retailers, they only offer a brick and mortar store, there’s no online option available. Just before it opens, we wanted to share seven other things you need to know about the new discount store.
Gabe’s offers huge discounts on name brands
They are an off-price clothing and housewares retailer. You can find brands like Free People Urban Outfitters, American Eagle and more for up to 70% off other stores’ prices every day.
Quantities may be limited
They purchase odd lots, overruns, and one-of-a-kind finds. This may limit the quantity of inventory of a particular product they sell, or it may only be available in one size, color, or style. Because of this quantities can be limited, store inventory may vary by location, and new arrivals are delivered frequently.
They offer an inclusive size range of clothing
Gabe’s makes it easy to find trendy clothing in specialty sizes including junior plus, plus, “big and tall” and extended footwear sizes.
Clothing isn’t the only item they sell
They sell shoes, accessories, bath and beauty products, and an assortment of stylish and cost-friendly housewares.
They have a return policy
You may return merchandise with a valid original receipt for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. All items should be in new condition with tags attached. Returns without a receipt, or past 30 days, will receive in-store credit for the current selling price. Returns without a receipt may require a valid picture ID (driver license, state ID, military ID or passport). Unfortunately, merchandise that has been used or worn cannot be accepted for either exchange or refund. Gabe’s holds the right to limit the number of returns or to refuse a return based on our refund verification systems.
Each store is unique
The store merchandise varies daily at each store, and distribution of products to the stores varies by region and market. Each store receives new merchandise at least 3 to 4 times weekly but does not guarantee that products available in one store can be found in another.
Gift cards are available (and they don’t expire!)
You can purchase gift cards in any denomination, and they are valid at any Gabe’s store. To note, gift cards never expire and they never charge a service fee for use or inactivity. To purchase a Gabe’s gift card, simply visit any Gabe’s store.
A grand opening celebration will begin at 9 am on Saturday, April 28 with gift card giveaways, scavenger hunts, special photo ops and the chance to win a $500 shopping spree. Hours of operation for the store will be Monday – Thursday 9 a – 9 p, Friday – Saturday 9 a – 10 p and Sunday 10 a – 8p.
