These five whiskeys, all small batch are acclaimed in the spirits world for their flavor blends.

Bib & Tucker Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey
This small batch whiskey is heavy on corn –the mash is comprised of 70% corn, 26% rye and 4% malted barley.  Distilled twice,  first through a column still and then through an old fashioned copper pot still it was then matured in No. 1 charred American white oak barrels for a minimum of six years. Tasting Panel Magazine gave Bib & Tucker a score of 96.
Tasting Notes: aroma of vanilla, freshly mowed grass and leather-bound books. Notes of sweet fruit, vanilla beans, caramel and dried apricots dominate, but there are subtle touches of ginger spice. The finish is complex and lingers, with hints of chestnuts and roasted corn.

Woodford Reserve Rye

 The Woodford Reserve Distillery sits on what was once an old distillery founded by Elijah and his son, Oscar Pepper, in the 1800s. Nearly two centuries later, Chris Morris — Woodford Reserve’s seventh master distiller — pays homage to Pepper and Crow with Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Bourbon. 
Tasting Notes:
 a rich aroma of cinnamon, vanilla bean and cypress, leading to a beautiful semi-sweet palate filled with dried cherries, caramel, gingerbread and apple pie. The finish is dry and spicy, rounded out nicely by malt chocolate and baking spices.
Jefferson’s Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Created to pay homage to President Thomas Jefferson (who repealed the Whisky Excise Tax and made his on spirits at his Monticello estate) this small batch whiskey is made from a mash of corn, rye and malted barley — that are aged for up to twenty years and brought to proof with Kentucky limestone water.
Jefferson’s Reserve earned a score of 94 points from the Beverage Testing Institute and the Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
Tasting Notes: gentle, creamy vanilla, soft spices and dried fruits that open up to notes of toffee, roasted corn and tobacco, before leading to a lingering, dry finish.

High West American Prairie Bourbon
High West American Prairie Bourbon pays tribute to the expedition of Lewis and Clark and to the frontiersman who pioneered the west–ten percent of the profits from the sale of each bottle of American Prairie is donated to the American Prairie Foundation. The bourbon is a blend  of a two-year old bourbon from Indiana (made from a mash of 75% corn, 20% rye and 5% barley), a six-year old bourbon from Kentucky, and a thirteen-year old bourbon from Kentucky, and is finished in American white oak casks with a #2 char on the heads and a #4 char on the staves.
It earned a score of 92 points from Wine Enthusiast and was named “one of the ten best new bourbons” by Men’s Health.
Tasting Notes: the varied char of each cask gives the bourbon a unique flavor profile ” it has strong notes of vanilla and caramel married with notes of blood oranges and dark cherry.
 Ballotin Bourbon Ball Chocolate Whiskey
This sixty-proof creation is one of four chocolate infused spirits in this Kentucky based line. Sip it straight, on the rocks or in mixology cocktails.
Tasting Notes: velvety chocolate notes and rich buttercream meld with a toasted oaky flavor.
