Sprouts held their Grand Opening on March 2nd and it has been one of the most anticipated openings of a grocery store in quite some time. And for good reason–Sprouts’ motto is to make healthy living more affordable. Located in the former Stein Mart building, at 1010 Murfreesboro Road in the Maples Shopping Center,we attended the preview party as well as the Grand Opening and we keep going back for more. With every trip to Sprouts,we find so many things we love but we narrowed it down to just five. And we’d like to hear all about your discoveries as well.  Leave us a comment.

2.Vitamins and Supplements
Sprouts features more than 6,500 items in their vitamins and supplements department. That may sound overwhelming, but don’t worry; there are resources there to assist you. First and foremost–team members. They are well-trained, and will be happy to help you by asking the right questions and guiding you in the direction of products or resources that can assist you. In particular, ask about their Essential 4 program. Also, every one in their  Vitamin Departments has a computer with software on which you (or Sprouts’ team members) can look up additional product information, possible interactions with prescription medications, and more.
